Merchant Circle & LinkedIn Badges
Here are two useful tools I always have trouble getting back to.
1. Signin to Merchant Circle
2. Go to this link: http://www.merchantcircle.com/merchant/threesixty/listed
Navigation there also seems easy today: On the sidebar click "View Website Performance" then "Where Am I Listed?".
How to find the LinkedIn badge page:
1. Sign in to LinkedIn;
2. In the left sidebar, under the "Profile" main link, click the "Edit My Profile" sublink;
3. In the dark blue area above the main content (above "Hi, Terri"), there is a large heading that says "Edit Public Profile Settings". You think that's where you already are, so it seems like just the heading of the page. It's actually a link; click this.
4. Under the second blue rounded corner box (the big one) that reads "Public Profile", the second bullet list item says "Promote your profile with customized buttons". "customized buttons" is a link (this one obvious).
5. There's my buttons!
Merchant Circle Directory List
Not long ago, I spent an quite a while poking around my Merchant Circle account looking for the list of directories my business is already listed in and what directories I need to work on.1. Signin to Merchant Circle
2. Go to this link: http://www.merchantcircle.com/merchant/threesixty/listed
Navigation there also seems easy today: On the sidebar click "View Website Performance" then "Where Am I Listed?".
LinkedIn badges
Linked In badges are another one I always have trouble finding. This one is a bit more involved and a direct link seems impossible:How to find the LinkedIn badge page:
1. Sign in to LinkedIn;
2. In the left sidebar, under the "Profile" main link, click the "Edit My Profile" sublink;
3. In the dark blue area above the main content (above "Hi, Terri"), there is a large heading that says "Edit Public Profile Settings". You think that's where you already are, so it seems like just the heading of the page. It's actually a link; click this.
